Create a contacts group and send an email

Create a group

1. Go to Google Contacts
2. On the left click New Group... . Enter a name for your group and click OK.

Add contacts to a group

1. On the left select My Contacts or Directory .
2. To select contacts, check the boxes new to their names.
3. Click the Groups button towards the top next to the Add to my contacts button.
4. Select the group you want to add the contacts to or create a new group.

Send an email to a contacts group

1. Open Gmail.
2. Select Compose in the top left.
3. In the "To" field start typing the name of your contact group you created and select it from the drop down menu.
